Return Policy

Be Safe Plus LLC wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases.  If for some reason you are not, you may return your purchase in its original packaging within 30 days of order.  We will then issue you a credit, exchange for another item of equal value, or refund your credit card.

Prior to return of any item, you must notify us at sales@besafeplus.com . In your e-mail, please let us know the reason you are returning an item, your day time telephone number, and the e-mail address where you would like our Return Department to send your Return Authorization Number and further instructions.

All products must be returned unused in the original condition and packaging for a full refund, credit, or exchange.  Original and return shipping costs are not included in any refund, credit, or exchange.  All returns will be at the original product price only.    Be Safe Plus LLC is not responsible for any damage to products incurred during the shipping process.   For that reason, we recommend that any return shipment be insured and traceable.

If you receive a package in a damaged state, or we made an error in processing your order, please notify us by e-mail at sales@besafeplus.com  within three business days of receiving the package.  Please include your daytime telephone number and an e-mail address.   We will then give you instructions on how to proceed.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order you just placed, please contact us immediately by e-mail at sales@besafeplus.com .  We require all cancellation notices to be in writing.   All credit cards are charged at the time you transmit your order.

Privacy and Security

Be Safe Plus LLC does not sell or share any of your information including your e-mail address to anyone.  We collect the e-mail addresses of our customers for future sales promotions and special offers of Be Safe Plus LLC only.  If you wish to be removed from this list, please e-mail us at sales@besafeplus.com and let us know you do not want us to keep your e-mail address on file.

 If you prefer to release your credit card information by telephone or by fax, please contact us  and we will be happy to take your credit card information by telephone or fax, or e-mail us  sales@besafeplus.com and we will contact you.

Shipping Policy

Be Safe Plus LLC can not ship some products to Post Office Boxes.  Please provide your complete address for shipping .  This must match the billing address on your credit card statement.   We verify addresses prior to shipping against your credit card billing address. If there appears to be a discrepancy, we will contact you.  This policy is to further protect you from fraudulent use of your credit card.

Occasionally, a backorder situation may occur on our most popular items. If this happens, we will contact you and let you know when to expect shipment.  Otherwise, all items will be shipped within 7-10 business days of receipt of order.

All Overnight or Special Delivery Option Orders  must be received by 11:00 amEastern Standard Time to be shipped on the same business day. Orders are only shipped on Business Days Monday thru Friday. There are no shipments made on weekends

Your Agreement

Be Safe Plus LLC makes no warranty of any kind expressed or implied, and any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purchase is hereby disclaimed for the products we carry.  

Be Safe Plus LLC shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, monetary loss or expenses arising from the use or inability to use the products we sell for any purpose at all.  Only such warranties as are made by the manufacturer of the goods are available to the buyer.

Be Safe Plus LLC shall have no liability to customer or any other person or entity with respect to any liability loss or damage arising out of, or connected with any product including but not limited to, any claim for incidental or consequential damages, regardless of any warranty included with the merchandise.

Be Safe Plus LLC will not be liable for any error , or omission, defect, or deficiency on this web site. By registering on the Be Safe Plus Website you are agreeing to receive periodic e-mails with regards to special offers.  We do not share your e-mail addresss of  any other information with anyone.
