 Nice & Hot is a non toxic, instant heat pack. It is activated by flexing the metal disk found inside the heat pack. This causes a reaction that turns the liquid to a self-heating gel. The pack will stay hot for approximately 45 minutes. Use Nice & Hot for muscle relief and warmth in any cold weather activity.

Nice & Hot packs are reusable. To reactivate, place a dish cloth in boiling water and add the Nice & Hot pack. Boil the pack until it returns to a liquid consistency. Be sure all crystals have turned to liquid. Let product return to room temperature before reactivating.  To recharge in microwave, the pack must be submerged in a bowl of water. Microwave on hight power for 1 minute on each side until the crystals return to the original state.  Allow the pack to cool throughly before reactivating.

Nice & Hot can also be used for a Cold Compress.  Simply freeze the Nice & Hot pack until it becomes solid.  To reactivate for future use, thaw the NIce & Hot pack completely and follow instructions to recharge.   Although this product is considered non-toxic, it is not intended for ingestion.  Discard if punctured.  Color of pads may vary
